Curriculum
1Module 01 — Microsoft WordCreating, formatting and saving documents. Headings, tables, images and page layout.
2Module 02 — Microsoft ExcelTables, simple formulas, sorting and charts. Enough to track money, time or data with confidence.
3Module 03 — PowerPointBuilding clear slides. Layout, images, transitions and presenting well.
4Module 04 — Google DriveStoring, sharing and organising files in the cloud. Google Docs, Sheets and working together online.
5Module 05 — Email writing & organisingWriting clear, professional emails. Folders, labels, attachments and keeping an inbox under control.
6Module 06 — CanvaDesigning posters, social posts and simple graphics using templates and your own ideas.
7Module 07 — AI for everyday useUsing AI tools to write, summarise, plan and find answers — safely and sensibly.
8Module 08 — Final projectA complete project using the tools from the course, presented at the last session.

The curriculum, projects and certificate are the same — only pace and schedule differ.

Is this suitable for someone with no computer experience?
Yes. The course starts from the very beginning and moves at a comfortable pace.
What's the difference between group and individual classes?
The curriculum is the same. Group classes follow a fixed schedule with other students. Individual classes are one-on-one, scheduled around you, and paced to your needs.
How long is each class?
80 minutes.
Will this help me find a job?
It gives you the everyday computer skills most office roles expect, plus a final project you can show. It is not a job placement programme.
Do I need to bring my own laptop?
Computers are provided in class. You're welcome to bring your own laptop.
Do I need Microsoft Office at home?
Not required. We'll show you free options for practising at home.
