Two questions before anyone teaches a class
Every NOVA instructor has to clear the same two-part bar. First: have they actually worked in IT — built real software, touched real systems — not just studied it from a textbook?
Second, and just as non-negotiable: can they explain what they know to a nine-year-old who has never seen a line of code, without losing patience or losing the child? We'd rather have someone who still remembers what it felt like not to understand than someone who simply knows the most.
